You can book a drop-in session for 3, 5, or 7 hours directly through our online scheduling page, or apply for a weekly membership with fixed, guaranteed hours. Once approved, you’ll receive a private access code and a walkthrough of our kitchen rules so you can begin producing right away. Our facility is fully licensed and ideal for compliant food production in Welland and the Niagara Region.

Yes. All Flavour Forge members and drop-in users must hold a valid Food Handler Certification before their first kitchen session. If you’re still in the process of obtaining it, you can submit your application now and provide your certificate during onboarding. This requirement ensures the safety and professionalism of everyone using our shared commercial space.
